Customers appreciate that our products are personalized, and once made, they cannot be used by anyone else. Hence, Surji.in accepts replacements and refunds only if they meet the following criteria.
Surji.in is a manufacturing unit and allows refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, or
- If the product is damaged in transit.
No refund or replacement will be allowed under the following conditions:
- If you simply did not like the product.
- If you feel the product is too big or too small in size.
Please note that a video of opening the package is required to claim a refund or replacement. Every effort will be made to address any issues through either a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be processed promptly based on the merit assessment by the Surji.in team. For replacements, kindly allow us the standard processing time for the product.
